Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Hiyas, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Hiyas by IGO provides a jewelry tracking vault (Hiyas Vault), an ownership transfer registry (Hiyas Title), a public verification portal (Hiyas Verify), and a member tier program. Hiyas also operates a storefront for IGO Gold jewelry.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Hiyas.
4. Hiyas Title and certificates
Hiyas Title certificates are private platform records issued by IGO Group of Companies. They are NOT government documents and do NOT constitute legal proof of ownership under Philippine law. They serve as trust signals within the Hiyas platform and community.
5. Vault content
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you add to your vault. Hiyas does not verify the authenticity of manually added pieces. IGO Verified status applies only to pieces purchased directly from IGO Gold.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by PayMongo. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by Philippine consumer protection law. Hiyas Pro earned through purchases is not refundable.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Hiyas to misrepresent piece ownership, create fraudulent transfer records, use the platform for money laundering or other illegal activity, or attempt to access other users' data.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
9. Limitation of liability
Hiyas by IGO is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate vault data, fraudulent transfers recorded on the platform, or reliance on Hiyas Verify results for financial decisions. Use the platform as a trust layer, not as a legal instrument.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
